Copyright information

IEEE requires all authors or their employers who intend to publish in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library to provide an electronic transfer of the copyright using the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form (eCF). Conference Organizers will continue to contact the IPR Office for all copyright needs and questions. MCE can support any question regarding the initial eCF site registration form and packing list creation. Please visit the following URL to learn more about copyright transfer for your conference.

Steps for Final Paper Submission
  1. 1. Create your manuscript(s) with its length according to the instructions (on the ICT-DM web site) on the limited number of pages including references and illustrations. IEEE templates are available here.
  2. 2. Add the copyright notice to the bottom left of the first page of your source document. The copyright notice has to be as described in Section COPYRIGHT INFORMATION. You will fill out the IEEE Copyright Form through EDAS before the upload of your final manuscript.
  3. 3. Proofread and check layout of manuscript. It is highly recommended that you do this BEFORE going to IEEE PDF eXpress.
  4. 4. Create an IEEE PDF eXpress account here. The conference ID is 58371X.
  5. 5. Upload source file(s) for Conversion and/or PDF(s) for checking.
  6. 6. Use IEEE PDF eXpress to attain IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF(s). The site contains extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support.
  7. 7. Upload on EDAS the PDF file generated via IEEE PDF eXpress.
